Community ManagerSo I’ve claim squad battle rewards this morning for the 400 fof tokens (elite 1 reward) but I’ve only been given 80 of the tokens due to hitting the weekly limit of 1000. My reward for playing squad battles has been reduced because of the limit ? It’s a reward system shouldn’t a be getting the 400 tokens regardless of the limit as it’s a game mode reward not an objective or sbc reward??
Once asked in Ea Supportchat I got told I needed to wait until resets if I’m near the limit
“You should avoid claiming those if you are near the limit and only claim those once it resets in the future.” Tapash (support technician)
This is wrong. It doesn’t matter if there’s a limit it’s a Game reward, that’s a set amount, you should get that reward for doing the requirements to get the reward in the first place.
Stop screwing over the people that play your game !
