Training and Sharpness Bug

I am in the second season of my career with Everton but their is a screen notification that continues to pop up to have me review my training plans. After changing training plans to both automatic or manual, players sharpness and fitness remains constant at 100. Sharpness will decrease if the training plan is less than balanced but there are never any impacts to fitness. The review training plan section is always there even after editing it. Is there a work around for this bug to contribute to my save's immersion and realism?
