I have just received yet another identical, instant copy-paste email stating my case was "carefully reviewed". It feels incredibly dehumanizing. As a passionate player with nearly 400 hours invested in FC 26, real money spent on the game (in-game Store with FC Points), and active Premium Season Passes (with FC Points), being completely stonewalled by generic loops makes me feel like my time and loyalty mean nothing to EA. A human audit would instantly show that 100% of the coins generated from selling a few gold cards were immediately sunk into UNTRADEABLE Evolutions inside my own club. Coin distributors transfer funds OUT; I burned my own match-earned rewards inside the game's core upgrade system.
Barry, I have always played by the rules and treated this community with respect. To have all my hard work wiped out by an automated algorithm mistake—and then be denied even a single personalized sentence from support—is devastating. I kindly ask you, not just as a manager but as a fellow gamer who understands what 400 hours of passion means, to please escalate Case ID #246514994 internally to a senior supervisor. I just want a real person to look at the truth.
