Unable to connect to the server

Hi, I have a speed internet connection, 866 mb download speed and 50 mb upload speeds. But I cannot connect to server. Doing an SBC is very difficult. The kept crashed. Sometimes I can disconnect just after scoring goals when I am playing online. What is the problem?
