So, a few days ago I was still able to log in and play in Ultimate Team mode. A few days ago, I tried playing in Ultimate Team mode again, but I couldn’t—I got a message saying “EA Servers Unavailable.” I tried various solutions, but it still didn’t work. I tried switching to my phone’s hotspot, and then I was able to play.
Is there a solution so I can play as usual?
Community ManagerSorry about that. I had thought it was Ultimate Team you were having trouble with. What region are you in? There's currently an issue in SEA that is preventing players from connecting. This is being investigated. If you're in that region, please add your details to the thread here.
Hi, I tried your suggestion, but it still didn't work because I couldn't connect to the EA server when I first entered the main menu.

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for getting in touch. Try using the web/companion app to delete all your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not.
