[BUG] “Challenge Accepted” Trophy Unobtainable - No Live Challenges
There are currently no active Live Challenges available in EA FC 26 Manager Career, which means players are unable to unlock the “Challenge Accepted” trophy/achievement, which requires successfully completing your first Challenge. This is particularly frustrating because EA FC 27 has not even been released yet, meaning players who are still working towards completing EA FC 26 are effectively being prevented from earning an achievement through no fault of their own. I understand that the focus naturally shifts towards the upcoming game, but EA FC 26 is still the current title until EA FC 27 is released. Players should have a reasonable opportunity to complete all of the game's trophies and achievements during that period. Request Please release one final Live Challenge in Manager Career Mode, ideally one that remains active until the release of EA FC 27. This would give players a final opportunity to earn the “Challenge Accepted” trophy and properly complete their EA FC 26 achievement collection before moving on to the new game. It seems unfair for an achievement to become unobtainable simply because there are no Live Challenges available, especially while EA FC 26 is still the current game. Please consider adding one final Live Challenge that lasts until EA FC 27 launches. Thank you.
“Desync Glitch - Incorrect Match Result Reported After Penalty Shootout”
To the EA Sports Support Team and Forum Moderators, I am writing to report a recurring synchronization issue in EA FC that alters match outcomes. During a recent match against Manchester United, the game progressed to a penalty shootout. I won the shootout with a final score of 12-11. However, upon advancing from the post-match screen to the game menu, the result was incorrectly recorded. The match log stated that Manchester United won the match by 11-6 on penalties. This discrepancy indicates a server-side or client-side desync during the transition or penalty phase, causing the game's simulation logic to overwrite the actual gameplay result. I am playing on PlayStation 5 Please investigate this synchronization error, as it negatively impacts the accuracy of match reporting and game progression. I've been stuck with AS Roma for 3 straight seasons, have you guys wondered if the old system of transfers worked better than this one? Because I remember clubs messaging me saying how they needed a defender, instead of you playing a whole season without moving to another club if you don't meet their requirements to join, but in the old version you would get a transfer/loan offer depending if the manager of your club deems you nonplus for the current team. Why did EA change the transfer system in Career Mode?FC in general, do not care about Career mode.
Career Mode needs more attention – from a player since FIFA 98 I’ve been playing FIFA/EA SPORTS FC since FIFA: Road to World Cup 98 and have bought and supported this franchise for almost three decades. Career Mode has always been the main reason I play. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of genuine attention Career Mode receives. Every year we hear about “new” Career Mode features, yet many are simply features that existed in older FIFA games, were removed, and are later brought back and promoted as new. More concerning is that basic functionality that previously worked now seems to be breaking. Some current FC 26 Career Mode bugs I am regularly experiencing on Xbox Series X include: Youth Tournament audio bug: When I play a Youth Tournament match, the main menu music continues playing during the match. After returning to Career Mode and then playing a normal competitive match — for example, Manchester United v Liverpool in the Premier League — the menu music continues playing during that match as well and there is no commentary. This completely ruins the immersion and should not be happening. Youth Scout notification bug: I send youth scouts out, receive their scouting reports, open and review the reports and then close them. Despite having read everything, the notification remains and continues telling me, for example, “You have 3 unread reports.” There is seemingly no way to clear it. These might sound like small things individually, but they accumulate over a long Career Mode save and are particularly frustrating because these are basic systems that have worked properly in previous games. I understand Ultimate Team and online modes are enormously popular, but Career Mode has a huge group of loyal players who have supported this franchise since long before Ultimate Team even existed. I was playing FIFA before many of today’s players were born. Despite supporting this franchise continuously since 1998, I have also never once received a beta/closed-testing code or opportunity to test a new release. I don’t believe I’m automatically entitled to one, but surely players who have spent decades playing Career Mode are exactly the type of people who could provide useful testing and feedback about regressions and long-term issues with the mode. Career Mode has enormous potential. Please give it the development, testing and attention it deserves rather than continually removing features, bringing old features back as “new”, and allowing basic bugs to persist. I’m posting this because I love the franchise and want Career Mode to be better. After nearly 30 years of playing FIFA/EA SPORTS FC, it is incredibly frustrating watching a mode I have played for decades feel increasingly like an afterthought.Rush Matchmaking Prevents Transfer Market Unlock on Switch 2
I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2, and I am unable to unlock the Transfer Market because one of the required objectives is to play 3 Rush matches. For more than a week, I have tried every day to find a Rush match. Every single attempt ends with “No members available.” I have tried multiple times at different hours of the day, but I have never been able to join a single Rush match. Because of this, I am completely blocked from progressing in Ultimate Team. I cannot unlock the Transfer Market, buy or sell players, improve my squad, or enjoy one of the main features of the game I paid for. This appears to be a matchmaking issue on Nintendo Switch 2, making the required objective impossible to complete. I respectfully ask EA to investigate this issue and provide a solution. If Rush matchmaking is not working on Nintendo Switch 2, please either: Manually unlock the Transfer Market for affected accounts, or Replace the Rush requirement with another objective that can be completed in an offline mode or another online mode that is currently working. I am not asking for an advantage. I simply want to access the Transfer Market and enjoy the game as intended. Thank you for your time, and I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
