Unable to Use Purchased Clubs Tattoo and Beard
Hello EA Sports Support, I recently purchased a beard and a tattoo for my Pro Clubs player in EA SPORTS FC. However, whenever I equip either item, it doesn’t save. After I leave the customization screen or return later, the beard and tattoo are no longer applied. I’ve tried reapplying them multiple times, but the issue keeps happening. Since I purchased these items, I would appreciate it if you could investigate the problem and help fix it or restore my purchases so I can use them as intended. UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE EA servers Clubs
I’m having a problem with EA Sports FC 26 Clubs on PS4. Whenever I try to play Clubs, I get the message: “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.”My internet connection is working, Ultimate Team and other online modes work without any problems. The problem only happens with Clubs. What can I do?
Pro Clubs (Friendlies)
Not sure if this issue has been finally addressed & fixed. Several weeks ago; ever since more servers were added into Pro Clubs such as NA EAST 1; NA EAST 2... When inviting another team to play a friendly; the game mode has suffered. 128+ ping anytime you try to play a friendly with another team. It used to be only one server for each region. (ex.) I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2, and I am unable to unlock the Transfer Market because one of the required objectives is to play 3 Rush matches. For more than a week, I have tried every day to find a Rush match. Every single attempt ends with “No members available.” I have tried multiple times at different hours of the day, but I have never been able to join a single Rush match. Because of this, I am completely blocked from progressing in Ultimate Team. I cannot unlock the Transfer Market, buy or sell players, improve my squad, or enjoy one of the main features of the game I paid for. This appears to be a matchmaking issue on Nintendo Switch 2, making the required objective impossible to complete. I respectfully ask EA to investigate this issue and provide a solution. If Rush matchmaking is not working on Nintendo Switch 2, please either: Manually unlock the Transfer Market for affected accounts, or Replace the Rush requirement with another objective that can be completed in an offline mode or another online mode that is currently working. I am not asking for an advantage. I simply want to access the Transfer Market and enjoy the game as intended. Thank you for your time, and I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.Clubs
for 2 days I haven’t been able to play clubs because it gives me an error that says “ unable to connect to the EA servers. Cheating & ID Spoofing in Pro Clubs Promotion Matches (Team: Nightmvre XI) Hi everyone and EA Community Managers, I want to report a serious case of cheating and match exploitation that happened during our team's Elite Division Promotion Matches in Pro Clubs on August 2, 2026. Match Details: Opponent Team Name: Nightmvre XI Match 1 Result: Loss (4-5) - Obvious cheats and gameplay manipulation used Match 2 Result (Rematch): Win (4-0) - Ongoing exploit attempts and ID spoofing What Happened: After losing the first match due to blatant exploits, our entire team blocked all player accounts from Nightmvre XI. However, we were matched against them immediately in the next game. During the second match, their players managed to spoof / change their in-game IDs on the fly to bypass our blocks and hide their identities. They continued attempting to exploit the match mechanics, but we managed to defeat them 4-0. Evidence Available: We have clear, high-definition video recordings and screenshots proving: The exact match history. The in-game ID modification mid-match. The specific exploits used during both games. This ruins the competitive spirit of Pro Clubs and the Elite Division promotion system. hi I completed Part 1 of Make Your National Pride Star evo with my UCL Primetime Lamine Yamal card. I followed all the correct steps and finished all 4 levels. Now Part 2 appears in my rewards section, but when I try to apply it to Lamine Yamal, the game won't let me activate or use it. The evo is unlocked but won't work with his card. Please help fix this so I can continue to Part 2.
Time travel glitch
Me and my mate were winning 2-0 in our final promotion game to move up into division 1, when the game reset to 1-0 because that's when the other teams teammate decided to join. this completely changed the momentum of the game and we ended up drawing the game 4-4. i find this unacceptable and expect compensation from EA. When I logged in one day it randomly started saying "we've reset your club name to a generic name because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement.We have positive play guidelines to help maje sure our games are an enjoyable experience for all players (htpphs://www.ea/positiveplay). We'll take you to the Edit Club page to confirm the change. When I go to change it and hit done, it says "Failed to save Club Settings". The pop up with the first quoted phrase repeatedly pops up and makes every other Clubs mode function unplayable as you're in a repeated process of name change and failed to save Club settings.clubs bug
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Clubs in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5. I won the Ready to Ramble Live Event Cup twice, but the objectives were never completed and I did not receive any of the rewards. Since then, the new Clubs Live Event objectives are also not tracking my progress or rewarding me, even when I complete the required objectives. It seems that my Clubs Live Events are no longer registering correctly. I have already restarted the game, restarted my console, and checked for updates, but the issue is still happening. Could you please investigate my account and restore the missing progress and rewards? Thank you.
