Career Mod Bugs

I'm trying to start a new career, with a new league. When I'm trying to change league, it doesn't work, I can't change league and start a career. This is frustating. Please solve it fast.

I’m facing the exact same issue when going into create a club. It doesn’t allow me to change the league.
