Careermode not playable

I have a major concern about the new Career Mode in EA FC.
Since you can no longer extend contracts yourself, but instead players approach you, there's a huge problem:
Players with a release fee that you absolutely want to keep are often immediately snapped up after just a few days – and you have no chance to prevent this.
You can't extend players who are unhappy and whose contracts are expiring, even if you want to keep them.
This way, you lose important players completely unintentionally. You could have simply stuck with the old system, where you still had control over the extension.
For anyone who plays realistically and wants to keep their team long-term, this new feature makes Career Mode almost unplayable.
Would you be so kind as to forward this issue to EA or address it in one of your videos? I'm sure many players feel the same way.
