Challengers qualifier

Ea support have been useless but today they released the challengers qualifier where you have to play 3 division rivals games at division 7 or lower and i completed 2 /3 games , my 3rd match finishes i go back to objectives and its no longer there (im div 7)

    Still says I have not qualified for challengers even though I have played multiple games in division 5 and 6
