Concern Regarding Persistent Lag and Performance Issues in FC 26

Dear EA Support Team, I’m writing to express my concern about the ongoing performance issues in FC 26. I’ve been experiencing constant lag spikes, jitters, and freezing during gameplay. I have already updated all my drivers, minimized every in-game setting, and checked my internet connection multiple times. Despite these efforts, there have been no improvements. According to both the in-game connection history and online ping/lag/jitter tests, my connection is rated as near excellent, which makes this issue even more confusing and frustrating. It seems the problem might not be on my end. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into the game and just want a smooth experience.
