EA FC 26 career quest not achievable

Hello!

I think this quest when you start the career with a club with -20 points and transfer ban is not achievable because transfer ban is literally blocking your possibility to sell players while you have one of the objectives set to sell players for 20M Euro. Am i doing something wrong or it is simply a bug?
