Agreed! AI making fouls is a big big priority for the game.
I honestly can’t remember a last FC/Fifa game in which I noticed AI committing fouls on my players, which means I’ve been playing a football game without ever taking free-kicks or penalties. Which is absolutely shocking…
And as mentioned, AI won’t shoot from outside the box as often as they should.
On a positive note, I do think the AI’s defending this year is quite solid, but their attacking is pretty bad. I had never had as many clean sheets as this year! But please, this does not mean we want the horrendous rapid tiki taka back! We do not want oppositions (especially weak oppositions) passing the ball around like they were manufactured in a secret Pep Guardiola’s lab in Mallorca. Keep the AI realistic, just make them shoot more, risk more and be physical (making fouls).
