Live start points

Managers in live start points have not been updated. For example, Postecoglou is still the option for Nottingham Forest, and Igor Tudor is still the option for Juventus, despite the fact that both of them have long been sacked. 

Under the fresh new season option for career mode, the managers have been updated. So, why have the managers in live start points not been updated?
