Not Recieving Fut Champions rewards after finishing champs

I finished my last game of Fut Champs and was happy to claim my TOTS rewards, so I finished the game and it suddenly disconnected, then i re-entered ultimate team and the game counted as a disconnect...

I logged out of the game restarted it even checked the companion app and never received my rewards for completing fut champs

    Same thing happened to me yesterday,  did you receive your rewards?
