Player Career Mode needs meaningful improvements after many years

Hello,

I would like to share some feedback regarding Player Career Mode.

Many players I know (myself included) spend most of their time in Player Career Mode. It is a mode that has a lot of potential, but after so many years, it feels like it has not received meaningful improvements.

We would really like to see more depth and realism, such as:

Proper multi-year player contracts, instead of constantly moving as a free agent.

Realistic transfers with actual transfer fees, not the player leaving clubs for free all the time.

A fair and functional Ballon d’Or system based on performances and achievements.

At the moment, this raises an important question:

What is the point of having the Ballon d’Or in Player Career Mode if the player cannot realistically win it?

We truly believe that small but focused additions like these would greatly improve immersion and long-term motivation in Player Career Mode.
