Player career problems

Hi 

I've been doing a player carrer with raheem stearling and ive noticed some bugs and problems that i'd love to see fixed, 

Overall Changing- There was a visual glitch because when I opened the squad hub on player carrer I said my player was 78 overall when he was 81 but it fixed itself when I trained again so not a big deal

Training- When you do a real player carrer you cant acutally train every stats like ive noticed you cant train skill moves or weak foot but also somthing like accelration cant be trained so my player is stuck without accelration

Postion- On a real player carrer you cant change postion or celebration but I feel it should be implomented as if you start a young player then grew older you might want to move further back with the lack of pace

Stats not affecting- Stats dont really affect anything for instance ive scored 13 goals in 10 games and marcus rashford who ive been benching got called up over me for overall(its a small thing but id love to see it changed as to you are picked for that season stats lets say)

Transfers- Some of the objectives to join big clubs on max wages are ridiculous for instance if I wanted to join man city on 182K wages I would have to score 80 goals and win 6 player of the months, is just somthing that could never happen in real live and if it did every single club would take that player so I think that earning a contract should be down to the size of the club and possition of the player so if you wanted to join a 5 star clubs (any 5 start clubs) you would need the same stats for all of them somthing reasonable like 20 goal in a top 5 league its just somthing that would make joining clubs better and more realistic

Playing game- The manger will play you not matter what (if you bar is in Starting XI) like in my carrer ive played 32 games this season and its only january and its because the manager playes me even if im at no fitness but just because im in the starting XI, thats just not what happen in real life like id love a feature where the manger benchs you if you dont have a certain level of fitness or if its a small cup game and the league game 2 days after then the manager would save you for the league

Playstyles- I feel that playstyles shouldnt be the personality but trainable like in manager mode how you can train a temporay playstyle I think you should be able to train perminate playstyles and playstyles plus like once you reach a certain overall like if you hit 85 overall with your player then you could train a playstyle 

Other player moral- I think that there should be unexpected events like in manager carrer but in player carrer but these events are due to other players moral like if you low rated then another player but the manger keeps player you there should be a event where like the manager is asking you to change postion for a bit so the other player can play and each player should have a personality so you can have relationships with them and if a player got anoyed at you in training or something they might refuse to train or the club may have to sell them or you.
