Ultimate Team Online DRAFT CHEATERS OR???

So today I wanted to play a couple of drafts (PC) first time when I decided to spend 15000 coins to join, I drafted my team go in to the game and as soon as I press X to do first pass of the game I got an error and it took me out of the draft registering a LOSS!!!! I didn't rage I still had like 10k left and I sold all my tradeable bronze and silver players and somehow squeezed another 5k from whatever was left in the club to try to have at least a normal draft, so far so good I picked my team again when I go in exactly the same happened, just lost 30k coins and all my items for what I think was cheaters playing. I guess my question here is how do I get my 30k coins back or at least some packs to compensate the loss?
