Hi, 6 months ago I got suddenly banned from online playing, exactly on October 2025. I made an appeal, asking for the reason why I was banned since i have genuinely never bought coins nor used cheats...

It looks like there hasn't been an update to your appeal case in a long time, though. Please reach out to the Customer Service team to talk with an advisor about this long wait and what can be done to expedite things.
