Many moons ago, I bought an ALL RARE pack
One of the items was not rare
I complained and gave them proof
They told me "sorry you didn't get anything good, but that's how it works"
I replied "I don't care that I didn't get anything good, I bought an all rare pack and it wasn't ALL RARE"
And so began six months of going through various employees, all of which began with "sorry you didn't get anything good, but that's how it works" and the cycle repeating.
And then they just randomly closed the case and claimed it was "solved" which lead to me opening another case complaining about them closing a case because they couldn't be bothered to deal with me anymore
The response "here are two gold packs and leave us the F alone" LOL
