Am I missing something

I logged on yesterday to play a few games in rivals I went on a massive losing streak not even decent games like horrendous losses. Defenders being outpaced by players with 80 pace, there moving forward toward the player without instructions to do so or without an active press. My players are all over the place no matter what tactics are being used. I cant get out of my half even with passing because there players dont give any space what so ever. Every run is being tracked instantly so manually trying to get an open player is not working. I mean its only div 4 so these guys aren't anything special. Iv tried different formations just to see if another formation could give me better options and nothing changes. Im scoring goals but not even close to what I was scoring 2 days ago. A division iv been settled in for a while doesnt just become unplayable against every opponent for 2 days without something being off. 

P.S dont come in with skill issue because they are in the same division lmao. They clearly make plenty of mistakes like I do. Has anyone else felt a change?
