Are there few real players in the women's league?

After playing about ten seasons in the women's league, nearly all the real players disappear.
The remaining players all have similar faces, and even those with a high overall rating (OVR) are useless in matches.
If they're going to be fictional players, I wish they'd make them more attractive.
Real players can inspire affection, but fictional players are like stones on the roadside. Without affection, I'm not motivated to help them.
Why are there so few real players in the women's league?
