Ban not removed after email said I’m unbanned, EA support offers no help
on the 20th of dec i got a email saying my account has been banned for coin transferring when i didn’t do anything. to which i appealed and then on the 23rd of december received a email saying they made a mistake banning my account and my ban has been removed so i can continue playing ea fc as normal. however whenever i try to log onto the game on either phone or on my console (Playstation 5) it says my account is still disabled.
i’ve used live chat to try aid me and all i’ve been told is to wait as there may be a delay in the servers and i should be able to play within 24 hours of me getting the email. also when i go onto my penalty history it says my appeal is still pending although i already got the email and it’s been 46 hours since my unbanning email and i still can’t access the game.and i checked my case status and it says transferred and nothing else
i’ve spent money on this game and after being wrongfully banned i can’t access the game to play any online mode. this is really annoying as it is a time in fc ultimate team where the game is somewhat enjoyable to play and im sitting here constantly checking every couple of hours to see if i can log in and nothing is happening. can someone please help me with what’s going on.
i’ve seen a couple other people talk ab having a similar issue and they get a response from the ea support team saying it’s a “troubleshooting problem” and haven’t heard anything back since and they didn’t even get given a way to fix the issue. i don’t know what’s the point of sending me a email saying i can play the game like normal if I CANT PLAY THE GAME LIKE NORMAL.
