ban

EA never cares about the consumer. I was banned from EA FC for supposedly using cheats, even though I've been an EA customer since 2013 and have never used cheats in any game — not even in FPS games, let alone in a football game. I submitted an appeal on the 4th and still haven't received any response. Meanwhile, I'm losing DMEs and other things in the game because they simply don't care.
