I would recommend that you send a letter of complaint to their HQ, you have a better chance there

    Stop suggesting that, a letter to EA HQ will not help with a ban. For clarity...

    Exactly. The current support system is a dead end. I’m preparing a formal demand letter to Redwood City now. If they won't look at my BACH evidence online, I'll send it to their front door.
