Banned for no reason!

So one week ago i woke to an email from EA said that my account is banned for using a hack/ cheating on FC26, i appealed the decision immediately as i never use any third party application with FC26 at all in my life, the first appeal got rejected and i insisted to appeal as i have invested alot in my team and i wanted my account back , after the second appeal i received another kind of reply, first reason of the ban was cheating and magically after 2 appeals the reason changed to coin distribution, when i received the 3rd reply from EA i realized that there is something wrong 100% as i have never ever try to buy or sell and doing any kind of coin distribtion on my account, i only purchase FC POINTS and open packs from FC STORE like any other player do, i will attach all the emails from EA and i will also include all my bank records that approve my EA FC POINTS PURCHASES my case number #240647191 if there is anyone who can help here i really love my account and i worked so hard on it and i really want it back.

    Was you issue sorted.?. I also got a transfer market ban for trading, saying that I have involved in coin distribution, which I never done.

    I’m the same, I spent so much money and open packs  and sell players I packed, they banned me for transfer coins. First appeal denied, but my account is here, all my payment history is there for them to see, clear show my pack history etc… i find buying points is a risk now.. I have been play since 2014 and spend so much money every year. This is how they trade loyal customer, to me EA is scam, I paid my money to play and they banned me, now I have 36mil coins in there can’t trade anymore.

    and funny thing that the cheating reason change after i did the appeal to coin distribution, and it changed after that to toxic behavior, this company literally run by clowns.

    and u know what is more funny, if you appeal they just hit you with another ban reason until you give up, they dont even bother them self to do a good investigation for wrong ban

    Gotta laugh when a game bans you for cheating when the game itself is one big massive humongous cheating platform be it gameplay or hackers and its all alowed ridiculous company

    They just ban people randomly, cause they’re trying to get ahead of hackers

    Guess what queenbee, now they are saying that im banned cause i was toxic to other player!! so imagine being banned for cheating first - then no ur not cheating ur doing coin distribution ( when i show them that im not and im buying fc point legally 0 - oooooh ur toxic to other players! please queenbee i really need a legit person to take a look into my account and give me an answer cause this is being ridiculous.

    The team is not doing their job properly, and they are just making excuses at the moment to justify their wrong action. 
    How the case turned from cheating to coin distribution suddenly by magic. and if they have proof of that i want to see it, i know you guys can do nothing but i think i need to escalate my issue over to find a solution here as i have said i paid alot of money opening packs and i invested alot on my account and i want it back.

    We can't help with bans here on the forums. Only our terms of service team are able to take a look into bans, and they have the power to either uphold or overturn them. You can always reach out again.
