Banned for no reason!

So one week ago i woke to an email from EA said that my account is banned for using a hack/ cheating on FC26, i appealed the decision immediately as i never use any third party application with FC26 at all in my life, the first appeal got rejected and i insisted to appeal as i have invested alot in my team and i wanted my account back , after the second appeal i received another kind of reply, first reason of the ban was cheating and magically after 2 appeals the reason changed to coin distribution, when i received the 3rd reply from EA i realized that there is something wrong 100% as i have never ever try to buy or sell and doing any kind of coin distribtion on my account, i only purchase FC POINTS and open packs from FC STORE like any other player do, i will attach all the emails from EA and i will also include all my bank records that approve my EA FC POINTS PURCHASES my case number #240647191 if there is anyone who can help here i really love my account and i worked so hard on it and i really want it back.
