Subject: Disappointment with Pre-Order Icon Reward in EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition

 EA Sports Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Icon reward included with the pre-order of EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition. As a long-time fan and loyal customer, I expected the pre-order bonus to reflect the prestige and excitement associated with legendary players who have shaped the history of football.

Unfortunately, the Icon I received — a female player named “Jones” — does not meet those expectations. While I fully support the inclusion of women in the game and appreciate the diversity EA is promoting, I believe that pre-order rewards should be universally appealing and truly iconic. The current reward feels underwhelming and fails to deliver the sense of excitement that typically comes with legendary icons like Kross, Khan , Iniesta, something like that not that **bleep** Jones

This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed, especially after investing in the most expensive edition of the game. I regret pre-ordering and will reconsider doing so in the future. I believe this kind of decision contributes to the growing dissatisfaction among players and the decline in engagement with FC Points and other in-game purchases.

I hope EA takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how pre-order incentives are structured in future releases.
