BRING BACK FLEXIBLE TACTICS

I miss making a formation 5-5-0 like I had with Argentina a few years ago.  The idea is that it should be difficult for the opponent to score.  It seems like when people play with Real Madrid, it's 3 passes up the middle and it's 90% sure it'll be a goal.  I was playing last night with Bodo Glimt and the rival was Real Madrid, he literally beat me 10-5.

This whole structured tactics make it boring and also if I'm counterattacking, I don't wanna send 8 players to attack, the goal is to keep 4 or 5 players back and attack with 3 or 4 into space, it's all very odd.

I miss adjusting players positions manually, being able to even make a defensive line of 7 players (yes, I did do that in the past) and also I created a 0-5-5, why was this taken away from us????
