Bring back the Brazilian teams

I was trying to create an old Cup called Supercopa, which only the teams who won the Copa Libertadores would play.  I selected all the Argentinian teams (obviously I was gonna play with Argentinos Juniors) and then realized all the Brazilian teams are missing.  Also you should add historic Libertadores teams: Nacional, Peñarol, Liga de Quito, Colo Colo, Olimpia.  Atlético Nacional is already in the game, but the rest of these teams should be there and maybe make it under "Libertadores Champions" to pick them.
