Can’t claim the worlds game edition rewards I bought on switch 1

Hi I purchased fc26 the worlds game edition on switch right after I bought fc26 but I have not received any of the rewards I was supposed to. It is really frustrating as it was $21 on sale. Can any one help?

    I have tried restarting console adding all updates and payment has defenietly gone through
