Can’t get a win

I’m back from you know what so again can one of the community managers please answer the question I’ve been asking since the game came out and you’ve been ignoring HOW COME PROS AND BLOGGERS CAN ADVERTISE 3rd PARTY COIN SITES OFFER 10 %DISCOUNT AND NOT GET BANNED AND EVERY WEEK STILL HAVE THE LATEST AND BEST PLAYERS FOR THE GAME YET IF I BUY THE COINS AND USE THEM IN GAME I GET A BAN.  And why all of sudden can I not get a win gone from Div 5 to relegation/promotion fights between 6/7.
