Can’t make substitution

This bug has been in the game for years? i don't understand why you are pretending like its the first you're hearing about it haha

THIS IS A BUG THAT HAS BEEN IN THE GAME FOR YEARS FIX THE **bleep** GAME EA YOU TRY AND MAKE A SUB AND THE GAME JUST DOESNT LET YOU HOW CAN THIS BE A THING FOR MULTIPLE YEARS
