Can't sprint glitch and auto shields

This glitch has been happening now since 24 and I just spent more money buying a new controller after owning 3 already from new xboxes and spending a whopper of money almost a grand and still have this issue, EA never once responded last 3 posts please help as I seriously quit at this point
