Career mode is broken

My career mode feels so unrealistic and uncomfortable to play. I’ve Ben playing career mode since fifa 16 and never had a problem with it until the last 2 fc games. Passes feel extremely weird and fast players move really weird the entire game feels WEIRD I honestly don’t want a refund or anything I just want to have fun on the only game that I play. I honestly don’t no what to do I’ve tried everything.
