Career mode

I have an idea for the career mode . As the coach market will be added I hope that ea fc 26 will add overall to coaches not only transfers. Each coach will have an evaluation for various things such as youth development, negotiation skills , skill in making his players understand tactics quickly, attack ,defense etc. So when I create my coach I will have a low rating that improves over time
