Change Online Tournaments

Do one cup for 5 star teams only, 4 star only, 3 star etc. That way those of us who choose our favourite teams that might be mid-table or lower aren't matched with people using PSG or Madrid.

(I know you can change the matchmaking settings to make it restrictive but it rarely works, from experience. I mean look at the right side of the tournament tree below, Augsburg vs Arsenal is not balanced)

And make the cup open all the time. EA open it for 3 days and then close it for like 10 days, remove the waiting period please.
