CHEAT REPORT AND AN ADVICE FOR FIGHTING THEM

Dear EA Managers,

I’m about to send you the name of a cheater along with a screenshot. I don’t know whether any action has been taken against these kinds of players so far. I have reported them many times, but my confidence that anything will actually happen is steadily decreasing. I’m attaching a screenshot of the most recent cheater I encountered (approximately five minutes ago).

I also have a suggestion.

How would you feel about working together with your loyal players who have been following the rules for a long time? There are millions of people who would do this voluntarily. Let me explain in simple terms:

You could form thousands of teams from trusted players who have had no penalties and no violations for 10+ years. When such a player encounters a cheater (provided they submit evidence), they should be able to remove the cheater from the match immediately, apply a temporary ban, and then submit the evidence to you so that a permanent ban can be issued. This would allow you to take fast action and avoid the slow, drawn-out, and ultimately meaningless processes of reporting, review, and verification.

You could also implement safeguards so that these teams—volunteer in-game moderators (or “in-game anti-cheat responders,” if you prefer)—cannot abuse the system. That way, you would prevent innocent players from being punished due to false reports or malicious accusations.

A player-partnership approach like this would add real value to you and your company.

If you would like, I can also voluntarily provide you with a detailed report on this idea.

Here is the cheater’s screenshot. Please respond quickly and ban this player.

I’ve already reported this player, but I opened this topic so that my complaint would be visible and so I could share my suggestions. As I mentioned above, if EA wants, I can voluntarily prepare a report on how to deal with cheaters—if, as they claim, “this game is ours.”

  • We cant play Weekend League over the full 15 matches — in practice, we end up playing only about 10–12. This is a serious injustice. I can never complete all 15 matches because cheaters repeatedly take matches away from us — basically, they’re stolen. In weeks when I should be getting 11+ wins, I end up with 9. On top of that, it’s extremely demotivating. Overall, it causes a consistently bad experience for us.

  • i have same experence too, at least give me compensation to play additional 1 match ut champ because they doing dirty

  • Ea only take care of the players cheating with coins because they lose money on this activity. Other cheaters they don't care about at all

You could have been at least proactive and reported it for him, but as we all now EA doens't do literally anything against cheaters. It is actually helping them with the way you set up objectives and game modes. And why isn't there just a report button in game. We all understand that a player needs to first hit a trashhold of reports before you start investigating. But really, why do we need to fill in a form. Clearly you are doing everyting you can us NOT to report cheaters. Why make it so hard to report anybody?

Hello. I had to remove the image showing the player ID. That is against our "name and shame" rule. Please use the instructions here for reporting players. Thank you.
