Customers service told me to share it on the forum so here I am.
Week-end was absolutely full of cheaters. The same cheat is used for 3 months now and EA does nothing.
Cheaters still cheat and honest players are being robbed and never compensated.
Someone from the EA staff does his job and can actually do something around here ?

Is it even worth the time to report?
I have reported several people and never heard anything. I have reported several instances of opponents quitting after scoring to secure a win, opponents pausing over and over again and then my players feeling sluggish when the game resumes.
I have never heard any response or action taken.
I have reported hundreds of cheaters. 80% of them are using the same hack (Click Hack Script).
The problem is that you don't take it seriously.
If you believe it is very difficult to challenge these scripts I know a very simple solution - If you ask everyone to report suspected cheaters you then ban the person after let's say 3 reports from different players. If you ban the player and his alternative EA IDs (most have 3 or more) for 3 months, people will stop cheating.
This is a very easy solution that works. All you need to do is to inform people that this will happen and the numbers of cheaters will slowly disappear.
Since over two weeks now, none of my reports have been closed so your link above is today absolutely useless.
You need to take some action or nobody will buy the new game later this year.
