Club member rewards

I keep getting the pop up when I enter the game saying I have club member rewards ready to be claimed, but I get nothing when I press accept, I’ve takes with someone on ea help, and nothing worked, every time I reset the game, it just gives me the pop up again without any rewards

    Same here, been happening for days. I've been to every mode to collect any lingering rewards but it still pops up.
