Hungary is almost the only Central European country whose league is not included in EA Sports FC, although I think it would be worth including it. EA Sports FC games are also very popular in Hungary, the Hungarian national football team is included in the game/games, and Ferencvárosi TC achieved a very good performance in an international cup (UEFA Europa League 2025/2026). So I think it would not be a bad decision if the Hungarian League (officially called: Fizz Liga) were included in EA Sports FC 27 and in the EA Sports FC games that follow30Views0likes0CommentsSupport Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums
Dear EA Sports, I was advised by the EA Sports Support team (EA Help) to raise my concerns and issues with the game on the EA Forums, and I was assured that developers and relevant teams are active here. However, despite creating multiple posts outlining my concerns, none of them have been acknowledged by EA staff. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, and I must say that this level of communication falls well below the standard one would normally expect from a customer support structure. What I find particularly confusing is the process itself. EA Help, which is meant to support customers, redirects players to these forums to raise issues. Yet once customers follow that direction, it appears that no meaningful engagement takes place. From a customer perspective, this creates a situation where players are effectively moved from one support channel to another without their concerns actually being addressed. The only time I received a response was when a post included a three-letter word that apparently violated forum rules. That post received attention immediately, yet the actual concern raised in the post was not addressed in the response. This sends a rather unfortunate message that moderation is active, but meaningful engagement with the issues themselves is not. As a long-standing customer, this is disappointing. I have been playing EA football titles since the very first FIFA, well before the PlayStation era, and I have remained a loyal player for decades. Because of that, I find it difficult to understand why concerns raised by players here receive so little acknowledgement. I fully understand that companies must be careful when responding publicly. However, complete silence is also a response, and it is not a particularly reassuring one. If EA Help directs players to the forums, then the forums should function as a place where issues are at least acknowledged or discussed. Otherwise, the process risks appearing circular — players are redirected to the forums for help, but once they arrive, no help is provided. I would respectfully ask that this process be reconsidered, and that concerns raised here receive at least some level of acknowledgement from the relevant teams. I have earned badges and profile levels on this forum over time, but those are secondary. What matters far more is meaningful communication with the player community. Could EA staff please clarify whether posts raising gameplay concerns are reviewed and whether players can expect responses here? For clarity, could a member of the EA community team or moderation team please confirm whether gameplay concerns raised on this forum are reviewed by the development team, and whether players should realistically expect feedback or acknowledgement when such concerns are raised here? Understanding how this process works would be very helpful for players who have been directed here by EA Help. Thank you for your time and consideration.1.2KViews11likes53CommentsWhite screen bug
I was playing career mode and my scoreboard in the top left want showing, so I went to turn it on in settings and I accidentally pressed “restore default settings” or something like that. It then turned my whole screen white. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting xbox and nothings working. I load up the game and it’s just a white screen and every now and then I can see the Home Screen flash up but I cannot do anything.11Views0likes0CommentsLet's be honest.
Lock in, ladies and gentlemen — this may be a bit of a read. Let’s be honest: the game, at this moment in time, is in shambles. Input delay is ridiculous, and connection issues during matches — leading to jitters or sudden speed‑lags — are a constant problem. In the past few updates, you’ve claimed to have addressed connection issues, but to me they seem to get worse with every patch. Passing Passing logic has major problems. For example: I have the ball with my CAM/CM and three clear passing options — my LM/LW, my RM/RW (both onside and moving forward), or my ST who is very clearly offside. And of course, without fail, the pass goes to the offside striker, despite me very clearly aiming toward my LM or RM with appropriate power. There are also moments where the pass does travel toward the intended player, but the player indicator switches to someone completely different. For example, I pass to my RM/RW, the ball goes in the intended direction, but the AI gives me control of my ST instead. Defending I like to think I’m pretty decent at manual defending — not the best, not the worst — but there are moments where I attempt a tackle with clear directional input toward the attacker or the ball, only for my defender to tackle in the complete opposite direction. With the supposed “AI IQ logic,” if my CB gets pulled out, it makes sense that my full‑back would drift in to cover the gap. But what logic would cause my full‑back to drift too far inside? For example: my LCB gets pulled out, so logically my LB would shift slightly inward to cover. Instead, he drifts all the way into the RCB position before I can take control, leaving the wing completely exposed — which gives players who just sprint down the line an even easier time setting up cut‑backs. Another example: the opponent’s keeper has the ball in hand after my attack ends. My midfield is slightly pushed up. The keeper plays it long toward the halfway line. What logic would ever make my CB think it’s a good idea to rush out to challenge for an aerial ball at the halfway line, completely destroying the structure of my back line? Old‑Gen vs New‑Gen These issues are based on the old‑gen version played on my Xbox Series X, but they’re just as apparent — and even more AI‑heavy — on new‑gen. I genuinely believe the problems we’re experiencing now stem from a never‑ending cycle of updates. Patch after patch after patch, ever since the game’s initial release, has created instability. I also believe these could stem from EA trying to please EVERYONE, which may or may not have created "clashes" within the coding. People complained about too much AI defending → EA lowered AI defending Others complained manual defending felt terrible → EA increased AI defending again I personally favour Manual defending. People complained about R1/RB dribbling to be too overpowered and fast -> EA nerfed it Others complained R1/RB dribbling was useless -> EA slightly buffed it I personally like where R1/RB dribbling is at now. (when gameplay is smooth) GK Movement Another divide in the community. Some liked it, others hated it. I personally didn’t mind GK movement — I saw it as another skill mechanic to learn — but I understand why others were against it as the speed of the movement was unrealistic. People argued GK movement was unrealistic, yet they still bring their keeper out to the penalty spot when defending corners. A keeper coming out after the corner is taken to catch the ball makes sense. But name me a list of keepers who realistically stand near the penalty spot before the corner is even taken. Time‑Wasting This is another major issue. You updated the gameplay so that keepers automatically kick the ball out of play when a player heads it back to them repeatedly — but didn’t add anything to stop players from passing it around the back normally for as long as they want. Playing around the back in the 86th or 87th minute is understandable. But time‑wasting early in the match, as soon as someone goes 1–2 goals up, is not. I’d love to hear the thoughts of other players — and any developers or EA employees in this community — on these or any other issues that need to be addressed.74Views1like2CommentsWhy do I lag every time
I lag not only on Fc26 but also UFC. It is constant and never stops. I have even got a new wifi and that isn't the issue all my other games run smoothly it is just these 2. I have tried contacting EA multiple times but they send me nothing and never solve it.16Views0likes0Commentscant access transfer market
I just started fc26 new account, and went thru smoothly already having played for years. But the objectives needed for transfer market are annoying since ive been queued up for rush for hours and cant find no teammates. Is there anyway i can bypass the objectives?25Views0likes0CommentsI knew I was right to be wary..
Firstly, I would like to point out that, yes I am on wifi, so yes I should expect a few connection issues here and there. (My latency is usually 18-30ms, with an open NAT type, not the best but certainly not the worst). Okay, my session yesterday on both online seasons and UT was, dare I say, excellent, gameplay was smooth, passes were smooth, movement was smooth, very minimal connection issues and virtually no input delay, it was a good day. So good that I became suspicious. Turns out I was right to be wary. Load up ea fc 26 today and the VERY first game, my latency starts at usual levels between 18-30ms, the SECOND my opponent wins the ball, my latency reaches levels above 2000ms before settling down after my opponent goes 1-0 up. Defenders attempting tackles (normal, shoulder barges and slides) 2 seconds after input. I attempt to pass to my wide-midfielder and the pass goes towards my ST who is in an offside position. I have re-calibrated both my controllers and found no issues with stick-drift or input delay within calibration settings. I should note that this is based on old-gen version on my xbox series X.35Views0likes0Comments
