Same I am having same issue. It worked two days ago, but stopped working yesterday. Not sure if they locked people out that have not purchased the game or if everyone is having this issue. I have just been playing the trial version.
The trial version isn’t working for me, and I think that’s the problem. EA have messed something up so if something happens in the trial it just locks your account, no clue what or why
