I agree but my point wasn't that they don't make gaps, its that the gaps are so large it is beyond reasonable.  Also the auto switching allows people to just spam tackle and have success.  Fouls are non existent a lot of people just run into you and many slide tackle you in the box and even if they get a card they almost never get red cards which does nothing to discourage toxic game play.  I don't think the hundreds of people complaining about the same thing over and over are mostly noobs or casuals and if it wasn't a huge noticeable problem it wouldn't be one of the most complained about features in the game.   It is already inferred in the game resembling reality and the rules of the game that the points you made are part of the game but they are over exaggerated.  No one wants any of the things you said not to be in the game.  We want them to be more realistic.  Technology advances each year and each year the game should resemble the game more not less.
