Controller doesn't work in online matches on PC.

Hello,
I'm experiencing a serious issue with EA FC 26 on PC. Whenever I start an online match, my players become completely unresponsive—as if the controller is disconnected. Even after disabling my keyboard before launching the EA App, the problem persists.
The only thing I can do is pause the game (with significant delay) and eventually quit the match. I purchased the early access version, and despite being close to the global launch, I still haven't been able to play a single online match properly.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue. It's incredibly frustrating, and I’d appreciate any support or workaround.
