custom tactics

You have given us the option to use custom tactics. fine. but please explain when i want to switch from, let say a 451 to a 433 my attacker becomes a left winger, my rm becomes a CDM and my central midfieder becomes my attacker. I understand that it not always easy to map players to another formation. But in many examples it is. 

A child of 4 understands that when you want to switch in this formation that you want your left and right midfielder als your left and right winger. Or that youre solo attacker remains your solo attacker. So why is this so hard for your development team to understand basic stuff like this, please enlight me?
