Defending not working at all and delay input

This game is very bad at the moment the defending is none existent my defenders are not shoulder challenging for balls jockey is not working at all my platers are not sprinting at all passing shooting skill moves all delayed when I am dribbling any direction  I change to run my player instead of turning left or right  is simply running straight  into the same direction not even trying to change direction my defenders are playing very slow not slightly frustratingly slow like they have 500 kg attached to their angles its pretty ridiculous when I move into opponents to win the ball opponents play is simply running through my player as though i never even pressed the tackle or I wasnt jockeying or shoulder challenging no matter what opponent is running through my players passing is completely off and no accuracy in my  passess instead of going to my player it's going straight to opposition with even them not moving this is not happening for them their passes are not going straight to my player
