Hi, i preordered game but i didnt reveive star in motion evo, is anyone have same issue like me?

i played the free version of ea sports 25 which was declared as the fifa 25 application by my playstation but i didn't reiceve this either :( so founder status doesn't matter anymore than playing lasts game ^^ i see how ea is changing their games so that i don't benefit anymore ^^
