Disappointed already

I caved in last minute after spending the year saying I wouldn’t get FC26 well I’ve purchased ultimate edition packed a few good players and yet again I’m totally uninterested the game play is shocking, I’m trying to get a refund as £99 isn’t cheap but I can’t see how to get a refund can anyone help, I’m on xbox
