disconnected from 6 games

So since the update.... I've have been disconnected from 6 games due to 'finding mismatching' then when I finally get yo play a game I'm put against div 1 players when I am div 5. Oh and to top it off I was 1 win away from getting in the higher division and getting the rewards to now losing every game and been down to the lowest checkpoint. Do you actually take on any feedback? Reading this forum it is so negative and then every patch you make the game worse.
