Disconnection from Couch Play (twice)
I contacted EA Help on Sunday because whilst playing 2 different Couch Play games trying to finish the “Assist Mastery” objective I was disconnected from Ultimate Team with the message “The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.” and when I logged back into Ultimate Team my objective progress hadn’t updated. I contacted them again today to ask if there was any update and i was told by an advisor they couldn’t see my disconnection log for the date and times I’d given them but I have clips and screenshots.
