Does EA actually listen

Just reading a few of these discussions with bugs etc. It's actually mad how many different game breaking problems this game has and just radio silence from EA with tiny tweaks that just flare up even more problems with each update. 

Problem is you can't build a castle on a swamp, the foundations of this game are broken, and any patch on top of this can't fix the underlying mess beneath it all.

EA need to start from scratch or put off at least a years release and make this game worth it and then just make a paid update for next year's instead if they actually sort this is chaos out.
