Does watching the first gameplay stream after its live still work for rewards?

I have watched an hour of the first gameplay video from September 16th on both twitch and YouTube to gain the in game rewards and neither have worked. Is it an issue that I don’t receive the rewards if I didn’t watch the stream live? I see responses from 3 days previously saying the issue was being looked into but still appears to not have been resolved?
